...the use of temporary traffic lights & reducing to a single-lane only on this very busy road are causing appalling traffic jams.The situation is made by shale gas company Cuadrilla Resources who are building a fracking site with access roads - this work is due to go on for months during the site build and will lead to vastly increased traffic after (unless we get them stopped).
Cuadrilla's PR team are claiming it is campaigners who are responsible ...rather than red lights and a half-flow! Residents campaigning to stop development aren't in that single lane but tucked safely on verges or in front of slow truck in works-vehicle lane that is closed to public.
Cuadrilla are trying to spin more myths ...when we bankrupt them, they should take up fiction writing x
